    Steve Milloy (JunkScience.com) discovered that the EPA was exposing human test subjects to levels that the EPA has said are lethal of PM2.5 (particulate matter sized 2.5 microns and lower). As lawsuits proceed from those exposed by EPA testing (without informed consent) to these pollutants and levels deemed lethal by the EPA, Milloy and others attempted to get a judge to stop further human testing.
