Jason welcomes Michael Marcavage of Repent America, who was arrested and convicted for exercising his First Amendment right outside of the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia. Marcavage was found 'guilty' this week for rejecting a "verbal permit" and refusing to relocate to a "free speech zone" while preaching on the public sidewalk. The case is being appealed and an injunction against the unconstitutional policy will be filed. - Watch now
