The FCC has made it clear that it won't release Obama's 332-page plan to regulate the Internet until after the agency's commissioners vote on it Feb 26th. One rogue FCC commissioner says the plan will harm small businesses and the average American consumer. Once again we are asked to "pass it to find out what's in it", which hasn't bode well for consumers in the past, and basically means America is about to get screwed. - Watch now
