Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano issued veiled threats ahead the March 1 sequestration deadline, claiming that in automatic budget cuts could trigger new terror attacks, delay travel and render customs & border unable to enforce immigration laws (as the White House hypocritically mulls amnesty that would cost several trillion). The intent of Napolitano's speech to intimidate a mere $85 billion in budget cuts with the threat of new attacks was clear, despite her claims to the contrary. "I'm not here to scare people; I'm here to inform and let people begin to plan," Napolitano stated.
