Regarding Executive Orders the Constitution States. in Article 2, Section 3, Clause 5 that the executive, i.e., the President “take care that the Laws be faithfully executed” or face impeachment. Specifically, an executive order must find support in the Constitution. Watering down the 2nd Amendment in order to confiscate the lawful right of a majority of Americans to protect themselves can hardly mean the laws are being “faithfully executed”. - Watch now

Filed under whats old is new again are the alarming steps Michael Springmann, a high level state department official, took to inform the Federal Government that unqualified foreign applicants were being issued visas prior to 911. “In Saudi Arabia I was repeatedly ordered by high level State Dept officials to issue visas to unqualified applicants,” Springmann told the BBC prior to the 9/11 attack. “These were, essentially, people who had no ties either to Saudi Arabia or to their own country. I complained bitterly at the time there. I returned to the US, I complained to the State Dept here, to the General Accounting Office, to the Bureau of Diplomatic Security and to the Inspector General’s office.
